Delivery Information

We only deliver within the UK.

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted.

If it is apparent that goods have been damaged during transit, or if the outer packaging is damaged, please make a note of this on the carrier’s delivery documentation in order to protect your legal rights.

All orders are placed on a Free 1–2 day delivery service.

Depending on the size of your order, we will dispatch goods by DX Express, Royal Mail, or by one of our specialist national pallet couriers. Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch most orders the next working day following receipt of order.

Predominantly, orders are despatched with DX Express who will provide a handy 2-hour delivery slot if a mobile telephone number is provided (home addresses only)

Not going to be home?

Please leave us a comment & we can ask the courier to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place of your choice (please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss if left in a safe place)
