In January, at the end of a long journey in France I was reversing into a pitch with my motorhome, it was dark I was tired and the next thing a tree jumped out, hit the back end and when I got out to check what had happened the true "Wood Not Give me its details, despite me saying I wood go to the nearest branch office! I had to track down a replacement lens for the lamp and this is just what I needed. I ordered in on a Monday evening, received an email on Tuesday to say it had bee despatched and on Wednesday morning 10 minutes BEFORE I read the email the door bell rang and the postman handed me a parcel with the lens in. Absolutely fantastic service. Gold Star - NO! A SOLID PLATINUM one would be approriate. Thanks to all concerned!
